Fix the 911 center

When someone in Trumbull County dials 911, the system has to work. Period. There is no budget negotiation when someone's life is on the line. There is no acceptable failure rate when the house is on fire or someone's been hurt.

As a retired police chief, I know this from the inside. I know what it costs, in seconds, in outcomes, in lives, when dispatch fails. I know what it takes to fix a system that's broken. And I know that "we're working on it" is not an answer the people of this county should have to accept.
